Another talented designer who participated in the Ronald McDonald Long Island Show House, is Suzanne Costa. Suzanne’s firm specializes in commercial and residential design. Her father was a painter, so Suzanne has grown up with creativity all around, and she implements that into her lifestyle and in her designs.
Suzanne’s room in the Ronald McDonald House was inspired by nature. She wanted to bring the outdoors in.
And she did just that! The colors selected are warm and inviting.
This rustic look reminds me of staying in a cabin in the mountains–a great place to escape.
The textiles Suzanne selected have beautiful textures and patterns.

Ronald McDonald House gets a makeover

Project Design 2013 isn't your typical decorator's show house. For one, its New Hyde Park rooms are open to the design-loving public for four days only, atypical of the usual months-long events. Often, decorator's show houses are in luxury homes for sale for seven figures.
